At the heart of my work is a simple truth: transformation starts with the smallest steps; a breath, a pause, a shift in perspective. I believe that self-expression, in all its forms, is one of the most powerful ways to reconnect with who we are.

I’ve never considered myself an artistic person; I can’t pick up a blank canvas and know how to paint. I always felt I needed guidance. That’s why discovering paint-by-numbers was so powerful for me. It showed me that I can still connect to the artistic part of me without pressure or perfectionism. And beyond creativity, there’s a science to it: the repetitive act of filling in colors step by step helps regulate the nervous system, lower stress, and brings the mind into a state of presence. It combines structure and freedom at once which is exactly why it feels so grounding.

The idea of creating my own paint-by-numbers collection with uPaint was born from something deeply personal. Painting has always been one of my grounding tools, a way to slow down, quiet the noise, and reconnect with myself after years of living in survival mode. When I first tried paint-by-numbers, I realized it wasn’t just a hobby; it was a form of therapy, mindfulness, and self-expression.

That’s why this collaboration means so much to me. Together with uPaint, I wanted to design a collection that speaks to emotions we all go through calm, truth, change, safety, and inner knowing. Each piece in the Point à la Lynn x uPaint collection carries words and meanings rooted in my work as a coach, but also in my own story of healing and transformation.

The purpose is simple: to offer you not only art for your walls, but a practice for your soul. Every brushstroke is a reminder that healing takes time, change happens step by step, and your emotions are safe to feel.
