Should you encounter any issues with your order, whether it's damaged, missing parts, or you're dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we urge you to refer to our return and refund policy outlined below.

Damaged or Missing Parts

If your uPaint kit arrives damaged or with missing parts, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. We will promptly arrange for a replacement kit to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Unsatisfactory Results

We strive to ensure the quality and satisfaction of our products. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your uPaint kit, please reach out to us within 7 days of purchase. We will provide a full refund or exchange for the unused and undamaged kit, excluding shipping costs.

Return Process

To initiate a return or request a refund, please contact our customer support team. Provide your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant photos if applicable. Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product.

Refund Processing

Exceptions

Customized Paint by Numbers kits are exempt from being returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
